I should have done this ages ago.

I want to say HI to everyone who comes and reads my musings that I post on my blog. 

They aren't always the most coherent of sentences or thoughts or even themes.  I write what come into my head and hope that it makes sense to you all.  It does make sense to me though. 






















Briefly this is how I've been getting on: 

August 2014 I finally made the decision to change my body.  I started at 19 stone and size 24

January 2015  - I had lost no weight and was down to between a size 18 and 20 ... I hadn't changed what I was eating - just cut out a little of the snacking.  It was here at this point I changed my food and I started BeachBody programs

November 2015 - I have lost 93 pounds and I am in size 12 clothes.  I have 18 pounds left to lose.


February 2016 - I was down to a size 10 (primark) in jeans and a 12 on top due to my chest.  I had lost 7 stone - all in a completely healthy way.  I didn't count calories, I didn't starve myself.  I ate lots of fresh foods, nearly everything made from scratch and I worked hard at the exercise side of things.  


March 2017 - I am 36 weeks pregnant.  I had a miscarriage in May 2016 and was unable to lose all the weight I had put on before I found out I was pregnant again.  Baby is due in April and my aim is to be in a happy body place by possibly Christmas or the start of the New Year 2018.
