183 days ...


That's how long I've done with my change in diet. That's how many days I have struggled and pushed and perservered. That's how many days I have forced myself to be healthy and to fight the good fight against the junk food!


In 183 days I've lost 54 lbs!!!


Why?

Because I WANT to be healthy. I WANT to be better and I NEED to be happy. Isn't that a good enough reason?
