toilet issues?
Wow how quickly does time go!?! Seems like yesterday I wrote my last post but nope ... I've missed one!!!
What's been going on? I decided that I was going back to basics ... I think I told you that last time (so unsure lol) so I did. I went back to where I started. My food was good, my workouts were good, water intake was brilliant! And how did I do? I lost 5lbs! I was shocked. I had edged into the 14's.
But that didn't last long! I continued to be good but I had a problem ... toilet issues!
Why does this happen?
You'd think that with eating clean that it would help you be regular... no such luck for me. After talking to friends about what natural things i could do as I hate movicol I was sent slimatee seriously guys this stuff is the bomb!!! It takes a few days to work ... unless like me you are silly enough to double up (accidentally I might add)
I will warn you, the first time that this tea works to help you go to the toilet the pains are intense. Master fairy thought I was having a baby haha. It wasn't that painful but it was deep breathing painful.
It works, it really does. The taste is inoffensive, kind of minty in taste and so easy to drink. It's cheap too. I haven't looked for it yet in my local supermarket but I will this week. My friend bought it for me on Amazon. It's around £3.50. That may be a bit steep for some but think about it ... how much do you spend on junk or things you don't need? £3.50 is pittance in comparison.
Any way this tea seriously if you have problems in the bathroom area this stuff is for you!!
Take it once a day before bedtime ... around 9pm. And I promise you it will work.
The week after I had the good weight loss l, was my toilet issue week and after that ... Well it was my birthday weekend. I have to admit I cheated ... A LOT!
But you have to allow yourself the odd indulgences don't you? I don't know about you but I know I need them, I would find it very hard to be consistent without them. I cut out a lot of foods and without the odd cheat meal I would find it almost impossible.
How do you cheat?
Do you find yourself extending that cheat?
Why do you think that is?
I will say this, while there is a chance that you can extend your cheat without meaning to, don't let it stop you from trying. It's so easy to get yourself down about what you've put into your body, it can also make you feel like you need to do unhealthy things to get rid of the cheat weight. Please please don't go the unhealthy route!
Hard work and perseverance will make you feel better in the long run. Short fixes and extreme dieting is unhealthy and not the best way to lose weight.
Losing weight and changing your body takes time, it's not a quick fix.
Another thing that I think is important is what I've learnt from a friend of mine. She has an amazing body! And I do mean amazing (I'm also jealous of her tan haha) she finished T25 Gamma recently and the changes in her body are amazing. I asked her what she has done differently. She didn't try to keep up with Shaun-T and the advanced version, she focused on her form and doing each exercise slower and properly. Contracting the core and marketing sure each exercise was done the right way.
Sometimes all you've gotta do to get the best results is take it a little slower and breath more deeply.
