Post Holiday Blues? or Post Holiday Excitement?

I'm back after a week away on holiday. I visited Mr.Fairys family in Newcastle and my family in London.
I ate so much guff it's crazy. I think though that it's my refeed week - where I'm also shocking my body into crazy calories. And then going back to my normal food. Then hopefully it will kick start further weight loss.

It sounds crazy doesn't it? You eat healthy for week and then for a few days you just eat what ever and then back to healthy and this apparently is a shock to the metabolic system and aids in weightloss. I'm not sure how I feel about that logic but I'll let you know how it goes :)

I did weigh myself when I was away (different scales so I'm not sure how accurate they were) and I had lost 4/5 pounds. So I'm quite pleased. I'm.excited to see if I can lose lots more before I have my friends when party in 3 weeks. I think I can make a good difference to myself between now and then.

So in relation to how far I've come in terms of weight and size?
Weight wise I started at

    259lbs in August 2014,
Now I'm at 226lbs in March 2015

A total loss of 33lbs - very chuffed with that.

Size wise I started at 24/22 and now I'm down to roughly a sz 16 or 18
depending on the cut or shop - how annoying is that!
What one shop size fits you another one won't - it really bugs me.

When we were away I bought a few things in primark in size 18- they seem to be small fitting so I'm pleased with my progress.

While I was in London I clocked in over 60,000 steps! My joints and limbs are sore but feel good too. I used the muscles in my arms for my shopping bags :) and oh my word out luggage!! We had to add an extra case coming home - so definitely used my muscles with that hehe.

One thing that I was really proud of is that I was able to walk so much without feeling too tired. A year ago I couldn't have done that much walking. I know that my insanity work and challenges helped big style.

What thing are you most proud of yourself for, right this minute?
Is there anything?
If not why not?

I forgot to tell you about how amazing insanity was. It was such a big challenge for me. And I'm so glad I did it.

At the beginning I felt that I had made a HUGE mistake in taking this challenge on, but I preserved to get through the first week. After I had done the first week I started to believe in myself and the ability that I had. My body was getting used to (in a way) to the way Shaun-T was making it work.

It got to the point where I was smiling though the level 1,2+3 drills! That's how much I loved the whole workout!

My favourite workout? Max plyo interval I think. I loved the whole workout. I also really appreciate the water breaks throughout. I needed and co.tongue to need those haha. Ill try not to take to much of a break if I had to stop.

The bane of my existence workout? Hmm had question, I'm not really sure I think though max cardio conditioning or cardio abs. It's a toss up really between those two but I still got to feel a sense of accomplishment as I could see myself getting better with every workout.

What workout most challenges you?
Which workout is your favourite?
Or least favourite?

Have you decided on a workout program!
How did you decide on that specific program?

As mentioned before I'm starting T25. I'm doing a double tomorrow due to recovering from a back injury that's healing.

Make sure you set yourself a goal, have a reward for that goal - facial, massage, pamper session ... do something that you love and feel good about .

Much love guys xx
