what is happening next - goals, challenges, workouts ...
It is scary just how quickly time goes past.
It seems like just yesterday it was Christmas and now it's the middle of March.
Have you set yourself a challenge or a goal for what you want to achieve before the summer?
Maybe it's slipping into a smaller pair of jeans, getting into a teeny bikini? Or even just toning up cause you're at your goal size.
I have come up with not one but three challenges for April. Who is with me?
They target -
1. bum, Thighs and Hips
2. Arms, Under Arm and shoulders
3. Back (this one is mostly yoga poses which work to help get rid of back fat)
hey I'll try anything to tone and get rid of fat ... even yoga hehe.
Sometimes it's a good thing to challenge yourself with a new routine or new workout programme. I've been asked a lot recently what my next challenge is and I've figured it out.
T25 is a definite next goal for me to achieve and I'm going to do Max 30 along side it. ... crazy?? Well I didn't say I was sane hehe.
What else? I love the 30 day butt lift on YouTube ... It's a 10min workout that focuses on ... Yea you guessed it the bum :)
Anything else? Well I do have to do my own challenges ... don't I?
What's my goal? I want to be into a size 14 for one of my besties wedding in June. One more size to go before I can say that's where I am... bottom half anyway ... grrr
Sometimes we have setback in our workouts and our weight/inch loss, that's ok just don't let it ruin everything. Draw a line in the sand and start again. You are strong, and you CAN do it, believe in your own ability. It's amazing how much you can accomplish when you believe in yourself.
Let's make this week the start of our determination to be a better and healthier you xx
