Cereals and breakfast ideas these days seem to be filled with sugar and things that aren't healthy for you. Which is a shame because more and more people want the free from artificial preservatives and favourings.
I've found such a cereal - Tesco Swiss Style Museli
Tesco Swiss Style museli is such a great product, with. No additives or sugar it's a must for the breakfast collection. It's is filled with nuts and raisins yummy oats and bran, for those with an aversion to raisins they are big enough to pick out but to be honest they are very yummy. I paired it with some coconut milk and it tasted exquisite. Definitely a breakfast I would recommend to anyone.
It's £2.50 I think in Tesco, which for some is a little pricey but so worth it. With everything that's in it just a small bowl keeps you filled up till lunchtime. It's a great staple for the day
