What has Beachbody Done For Me?
I thought I'd share the answer I gave for what I was asked today, it's not a long post but it really got me thinking about why I love beachbody.
what has beachbody done for me? Apart from being thought of as insane? Crazy? And weird? :)
In all.honesty beachbody programs that I've done (insanity and over half way through max 30 + a third way through T25) I have seen such amazing results. I hated, and I do mean hated l, exercising. I had to make myself walk up the stairs in my own home, I'd like things at the bottom and wait for my husband to come home, that's how lazy I was!! I know it's so shockingly awful.
My start came for definite in August last yr. I had been told by my IVF Dr that she wouldn't do anything for me until I lost weight (that was April) but for some reason I didn't want to .. Go figure. ... I started with Jillian Michaels and in January I decided I would really challenge myself ... INSANITY!!! (Now for the girl who was breathless climbing a flight of stairs this is bigger than huge, this is darn right crazily mahoosive)
I struggled, I'm not gonna lie, big time but I pushed through. I took breaks but I completed each and every workout. There were.days I MADE myself do my workout.
I've noticed that because of this program, my first beachbody program I am not scared of dreaming of finishing something hard. My endurance levels, for me, have sky rocketed ... I mean I do T25 and Max30 doubles everyday now! And I don't hate it! I LOVE IT!!! I smile when I go to switch it on. It has helped me to focus on my food intake, my water intake, my posture, my family life, my dreams, goals and even my studies. I know that I can achieve anything I put my mind to. And my ultimate goal is not a certain weight, although that would be nice, but my goal is to be happy healthy and fit.
What more can I possibly ask for?

Why did you choose that particular one?
Was it chance?
Was it to be on the same workout as someone else?
How do you find it?
Does it challenge you?
What is your goal with it?
Does it make you want to jump out of bed?
Or do you want to stick your head in the sand?
Why not have a think about these things ... if your not happy why not shake things up?
There are so many programs to chose from, find one or two that suit you and work your butt off in making yourself the best that you can be
