Supporting One Another :)
Hi guys?
How has your week been? What have your struggles been? Have you had triumphs?

A friend of mine showed her before and after pictures yesterday in a FB group I'm part of, a year between each one. She's come from a size 18 to a size 6-8 how amazing is that?
Doesn't that just make you want to push so much harder? She's one of the ladies who have helped me push forward and keep going to get to where I want to be. These people are amazing. They encourage and support and push you to be your best, they sympathize when things don't go how you want them and they empathize when you are dealing with personal issues.
This group I'm involved in started off as a place to post about exercise, the programs and tips for target areas, but in reality? It is so much more!! It's a virtual home where we all love each other and fight for each other.
Why am I writing this?
Because it is important that no matter what your journey is, that you have the right sort of support to help encourage, support and guide you through your journey. It doesn't have to be a weight loss journey. I also have a page on FB that's for women who are trying to get pregnant while suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome. The ladies on there are remarkable, facing such adversity, pain and loss and they are still able to encourage each other, lend and ear and to give advice.
Sometimes we can get the support that we need through social media, sometimes we get it from those around us. If we are lucky enough we get both. Some are not so lucky and that's why it's important to show them that there are those who are there to support them.
This week I was able to lose the weight I put on while master fairy was sick, I'd put on 2lbs and I also lost another 2lbs on top. Progress happens when we are determined and I think more importantly with support.
Who supports you?
Is it a friend? Family member? Spouse?
Or is it social media?
